The drinks at this Sharetea are always amazing, the quality never misses. The staff here honestly deserve 5 stars on their own: they’re friendly, hardworking, and handle the pressure with a smile. I often see them on weekends and during peak hours, the busiest, most stressful times, clearly overworked and under huge pressure, yet the rostering never seems to accommodate this.

The real issue is one of the managers. I frequently see him in a foul mood, criticising his staff for no reason and treating them poorly in front of customers when they’re in training or simply doing their own shift. It’s uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. The team deserves respect and appreciation for keeping this place running so well.
