This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.

The food did not meet expectations. The biryani was quite dry, and the rice tasted slightly burnt, possibly from reheating. For the price, I had expected a higher standard of quality.

Service was also disappointing. The staff member who attended to us spoke in an unfriendly tone, which left a poor impression. During the lunch rush, the restaurant was empty while other nearby establishments were full, which may reflect similar experiences from other diners.

Additionally, I noticed someone who appeared to be the chef coming to the front in noticeably dirty clothing. This raised concerns about overall hygiene and cleanliness.

Made a preorder on Tuesday 5/8 for Sunday 10/08 at 12:30 pm lunch pickup, fully paid in advance. When I arrived, the order was not ready. The staff member at the front counter could barely speak English, which made communication frustrating. My order was sitting on the board but no one had bothered to check it.

The chef was not wearing PPE, and staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I ended up standing and wait for more than one hour waiting for my food. I haven’t tasted it yet. hopefully we don’t end up sick.
