The food was amazing. Absolutely delicious and exactly what you expect and want from a korean restaurant. I got soy garlic chicken w/ rice cakes - $3 for 15; so yummy and crispy, Wish there was more sauce over the chicken but you could still taste the flavour and tje rice cakes were yummy, thought theyd be fried but still delicious - 5/5, bulgogi bibimbap; classic bibimbap tasye. Came on a stone plate so it burnt the rice at the buttom and it wasn't bad but I could've went without tbh -4/5. And seafood pancake; I didn't like the batter taste, but it was nice 3/5.
Customer service was alright but definitely could've been better. Two areas that I wasn't too pleased with; 1. the waiter came to put the side dishes on our table, didn't communicate what the dishes were. I just feel like it'd been better and more customer oriented if they explained what the dishes were as they put them on the table so we can be aware of whats being offered. 2. Why do they have a barcode available to order from on the table if you have to pay all together in the end? And then eye roll at us when we come to pay separately cause we ordered separately on our phones? They could've told us that we need to pay together or that we can only split pay once. Most places, if there's a barcode you pay separately. Customer service could've just been handled differently.

Read moreCame here as I was in the area and wow, what a terrible experience this place was. Food was fairly average, any place sells the chicken of a similar / better quality but the customer service was ridiculous. We ordered a beef rib sizzling hot plate, where the cast iron plate should be hot, and it arrived cold. We didn’t want to make a fuss but told the female server that it should be hot and she took it back, but when she came back, she said that the bottom part of the plate shouldn’t be eaten, make it make sense please? There were beansprouts and onions at the bottom and we were told that we are only supposed to eat the middle? I didn’t know wasting food was a part of the eating experience but you live and you learn. The person in charge apologised about what she said but still, it’s ridiculous and there was no apology from the server. Why advertise something as sizzling if it comes cold? Throughout our meal, the server gave us the dirtiest looks and made us feel so uncomfortable. I would never come back here no matter the circumstances, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disappointed. Do not waste your time, there are plenty of better korean...
Read moreThe atmosphere is great, and the Korean food reminds me of a fancy bar, so I love it. The staff is so friendly, and the food comes out quickly, which is great.^^ We often go there, but this time we had fried chicken, seafood tteokbokki, green onion pancake, dark beer, and draft beer. I took out pork cutlet and chicken gizzard. First of all, the chicken is generous, and it's clean and crispy. It's a famous chicken restaurant^^ The seafood tteokbokki is generous and very tasty. You should definitely try it. It's really tasty. I want to eat it again^^ I've tried rose tteokbokki and regular tteokbokki at Chatswood before, and they seem to be really good at making tteokbokki^^ I took out chicken gizzard, pork cutlet, and seafood gizzard. It was crispy when I came home and ate it. The packaging was pretty, and the pork cutlet sauce was delicious... 👌👌 The chicken is tastier, crispier, and has a lot of portions than in Korea. The fried chicken, creamy onion, green onion chicken, and gangjeong are...
