Won’t be back! Great position for a restaurant, however, poor customer service, don’t bother, there are better restaurants out there, who care about your experience as a customer! We went with a small group, to celebrate my daughter’s baby shower, 13 of us only, therefore a set menu! Food was nice to begin with, we had a delay with drink order which was wrong when finally served! We were advised we could switch out desserts, and 3 were served, awaiting the remaining to be served, when the bill was provided! We asked if the remaining desserts would be served and they said only 1 per 4 people! Never been to a restaurant and part of a set menu where they serve 1 dessert, not a sharing plate 1 dessert! I spoke with the manager who advised if we wanted more they would give them to us, however they needed us to vacate! We had taken a cake but was advised we were not allowed to even bring it to the table to cut, even if it was not served! It was a cake i made for my daughter to celebrate her baby! We all paid the bill, and had left, standing outside to take a picture together as a memory, when the manager advised we were short in payment! We hadn’t paid the surcharge! This was not on the bill, this was provided after payment on a receipt, I asked what the surcharge was for, it’s not a public holiday, oh, it’s for a group booking, any group over 9 people pay a 10% surcharge for the booking! Safe to say, won’t be back, takes more than a nice view! Bobby’s Cronulla you tainted what was to be a lovely celebration for my daughter!

In response to the cake, we requested at the very least, if we could bring it to the table to cut, not serve, for a photo at least, as we were told no, it would still cost $5 per person to do this!

I don’t appreciate your false accusations of our group being Bill runners, we were standing outside your restaurant taking a photo, your manager was taking the payments, and did not raise it until we were all outside! As soon as it was raised we were straight back in and paid, and i asked what was the surcharge for! A surcharge for a group booking was not transparent either on your website or your via your confirmation email for our booking, there was no mention of this!

You were not present on the day, so either your staff are lying to you about what occurred, or you are making it up on the fly!

You need to read your reviews, including Trip advisor, you clearly don’t take customer feedback as an opportunity to improve, you attack customers that are paying good money to visit your restaurant, with the hope of an enjoyable experience!

Right now, this would have to go down as one i would rather forget, wish we had have gone to Summersalt, or any of the other restaurants in the area, would have been a much...

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bobby's, a recent addition to Cronulla’s culinary scene and, despite being in its early stages, the experience was delightful.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff, who seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring that every diner had a memorable experience. Despite the restaurant still ironing out a few kinks, the positive attitude and eagerness to please were palpable.

Now, let's talk about the food. Bobby's boasts a menu that is exciting with options to tantalise every palate. From the first bite to the last, each dish was thoughtfully prepared and presented with care. It's evident that the chefs at Bobby's are passionate about their craft, and it shines through in every mouth-watering bite.

The ambiance at Bobby's is another highlight. The decor is chic yet inviting, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. Whether you're enjoying a romantic dinner for two or a lively gathering with friends, Bobby's provides the ideal setting for any occasion.

While there may have been a few hiccups here and there, minor inconsistencies in service and a forgotten dish, it is clear that Bobby's is committed to continuous improvement. The staff, especially Tom the maître d, actively solicited feedback and were gracious in their response to any concerns raised, demonstrating a genuine commitment to ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Although being a new kid on the block, Bobby's has already carved out a special place in our hearts. With its delectable cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, I have no doubt that Bobby's will soon become a staple in the local dining scene. I eagerly await my next visit and can't wait to see how this gem continues to shine...

Well, what a shame Zimzala left. Went to spoil myself for a nice lunch looking forward to trying out Bobby’s. I ordered straight away when I walked in. The attentive bartender noticed I didn’t have a drink in front of me after a while and said can I get you anything. I replied I ordered a corona. He got it straight away for me. Thank you to him. 35 minutes later, I asked the waitress to check on my order and guess what, the waitress that took my order. Forgot to put it in. Poor thing must’ve been so busy or incompetent or both. Then the manager comes up to me and her excuse was “ Someone forgot to put your order in, these things happen. Nothing about we will get your order to you straight away and not charge you or give you a discount or a free drink. Basically, I just got a too bad, shit happens line. Oh but I did get a lovely “have a nice day” as I left to finish off my experience at Bobby’s. And also to top it off, people say what a lovely view it is. My view was of an electrician working in front of me on a ladder so all I saw was his rear to top of my non-dining experience. Walked out hungry and upset and she says “have a nice day.” I won’t be back and I will ensure that it goes on all my social media posts. Hmmmm… I wonder if I should go back? Not likely! Pathetic service. Oh look…now I got 2 “Have a nice days’”. Lucky me. The waitress who took my order, kept looking at me, noticing my food wasn’t there and did nothing about it. You need to...

Bobby's in Cronulla is a great choice for a summer evening dinner, particularly for those with dietary requirements. The restaurant was accommodating, effortlessly adapting dishes to be gluten-free. Standout dishes included the stracciatella with focaccia, the prawn roll, and the frozen spicy mango margarita, each showcasing thoughtful presentation. However, while the dishes were visually appealing, some lacked depth in flavour. The grilled octopus, for example, was well-cooked—tender without being chewy—but fell short of being memorable due to its muted taste. I would recommend skipping the set menu in favour of selecting à la carte options. Our table enjoyed an array of dishes, including Cantabrian anchovies on toast, wagyu beef carpaccio, kingfish ceviche, fried zucchini flowers, zucchini rigatoni, ragu mafalde, shoestring fries, and charred broccolini. Overall, the meal represented excellent value for money. For under $400, four of us indulged in a variety of dishes accompanied by seven cocktails.

Another amazing jewel in the heart of Cronulla. We Absolutely LOVE this place and there are several reasons why! The service & hospitality is 2nd to none and genuine top-shelf attention. The food is an amazing mix of offerings and with Pablo (ex-Tottis) putting together the tasty menu, what else would you expect! The tapas offerings of a fresh plate of tomato's, the grilled octopus, the dozen fresh oysters and various other tasty morsels, were a genuine treat before our mains. The fish n' chips is perfect, the rump steak was tender with every bite and the grilled barramundi was sublime. The list of Dessert offerings is short but very, very gooood! Try the tiramisu because it's to die for. The the pavlova and the semi-fredo ice cream were just delicious. But to be honest, the Hot Dog Margarita with sliced jalapenos, was the standout for me and 4 of those later, I was convinced! Bobbys is awesome!👌

Bobby’s has the big 3 - location, service and great food. We went here for a birthday lunch with a group of work colleagues. From the moment we walked in the waitstaff were gracious and attentive to our needs. Our party opted for the $135pp share menu and we were not disappointed. The stracciatella to start was a revelation. The surprise dish was the cucumber with black olive and feta, truly wonderful. Serving sizes were generous and our waitstaff regularly checked in to see if we needed anything without being overbearing. Large plates of snapper and rib eye on the bone were presented alongside broccolini and a delightfully fresh green goddess salad. The meal ended with a sumptuous lemon tiramisu. If you go here, don't go past the limoncello spritz, it will transport you to the Amalfi coast. This was my first time at Bobby's but l'll be back, and I'll Be telling my friends.
