SolBowl Baulkham Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

Been here 4 times now and each experience was vastly different to the last. The first time (7 July) the lady working at the truck was extremely helpful, bubbly and friendly. She helped us decide what to order and gave us our açai bowls extremely speedily. The açai tasted amazing and the PB & choc sauce were drizzled on top perfectly. The second time we went however, on the 22 July, the service did not compare. We waited over half an hour for our bowls as we watched people who came after us get served before us. Not only was our food late, causing us to miss the beginning of our movie, but the people working also forgot our order and we had to return our bowls because we paid for add-ons. I ordered the snickers smoothie bowl which doesn’t taste half as good as the açai bowl. You could tell it was made with unripe bananas and was therefore not sweet at all, just very banana-ry with a strange texture. You’re better off making nicecream at home with frozen bananas that are actually ripe and only getting açai bowls from here. Went most recently on the 12th of August and the service once again was very different to the first time; long wait times, the workers couldn’t understand our order, the bananas on top of our açai were soggy and the bowls our açai came in were sticky and dirty. Very disappointing that out of the many times coming here, we have only had one good experience thus far. Rating this higher than deserved because I am desperate for acai near home lol. The smoothies are okay. The service is fine. The menu is a little tired. The acai bowls are good.

I saw the last reviewers at the place doing a whole photoshoot, I wanted to get some acai, but they were blocking the way, the staff seemed too distracted anyway. The quality of the service and product they received compared to regular non photoshoot customers are quite different, don't expect what these reviewers are getting. Expect middle of the road.

Again, fine, tasty, it's just a little uninspired.

The service was amazing , absolutely lovely and bubbly girls that served us . Loved the rustic vibe and setup .

I tried the spicy salmon bowl it was the absolute best especially if you want to eat something healthy but delicious without the guilt afterwards lol We also had the açai bowl I drizzled mines with biscoff and had another drizzled with peanut butter . Cannot get enough of these the fruit was fresh and the açai itself tasted amazing . You also need to try the biscoff bowl it’s really good . I had a ham cheese and tomato cheese tomato which was also yum . No issues from us ,portion size was big , well worth your buck . Overall Great experience 10/10 from us cannot wait...
