I had the privilege of visiting this establishment on its second day of opening, and I'm pleased to say that it shows great promise. However, I believe there are some areas where improvements can be made to elevate it to the best in town.

Firstly, there seems to be an abundance of staff for the size of the establishment, which can be more efficiently organized. Secondly, the pricing appears to be on the higher side, especially for simpler menu items. A more competitive pricing strategy would likely be appreciated by patrons. Lastly, there is room for improvement in terms of service speed. I experienced a delay in receiving my order, which seemed disproportionate given the number of staff present. Timeliness is an essential aspect of customer satisfaction.

My family and I really wanted to try the new Baulkham Hills Manoosh for a local place to go, so ordered a small banquet for the night. Everything was great. The pizza was different to what we expected with less focus on the base and more on the ingredients which made very light and easy to eat pizza that we didn't get get sick of eating.

The chips were fantastic, something about their seasoning or the potato made them very moreish. We had the kebbeh, kaak and falafel all of which were tasty. We only ordered the garlic sauce and it wasn't too garlicky but had the appetising tang that always makes it our favourite. The pistachio delight was amazingly sweet and without a doubt I will be rounder in the morning but it was worth it.

The website ordering was also a breeze. When we went to drive over for pick up it was right on time. We checked our order and the staff were amazingly helpful and quick in making sure we received our order correctly. It is very much approved in the family's...

Very disappointed with the service here. I ordered a special on uber eats which gave a free pizza if ordered over $25. Order arrived no pizza. As a regular customer I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them directly to avoid public review. I was absolutely appalled with the manager who refused to acknowledge my issue. He was actually insulting and insisting he spoke with the man in the house. I’ve ordered from this business on a weekly basis but I will never order again.
