I did have high hopes on Belmonte but frankly my experience on Sunday didn't leave the best taste in my mouth. The order itself was fine but what disappointed me was the service.

Firstly, we asked for a garlic bread and instead, we were given a small garlic pizza. According to the lady, it was communicated to myself but due to my bad line, it meant I committed to it. This reflects on poor judgement from their behalf because having worked in a hospitality environment myself, I know people don't find it reassuring when one item is substituted for another without confirming a one-to-many times. If the unavilability prevails then often the client needs to be consulted before a decision is taken. This was not the approach taken and although I duly paid the amount due (considering they test us on a loophole with the DineIn Voucher - note that dining in wasn't an option anyway), I was overall unimpressed about the...

Ordered a pizza at 5:55 and was told it would take 15mins at 6:47 the Pizza arrives the lady at the counter apologised to the customer in front for the wait, me I was not that lucky all I got was "people are full of smiles today" sarcastically as I walked out. Future reference communication is key I was trying to get a quick meal for me and my partner while I waited for a vet to arrive to see my cat and the emergency vet down the road if I knew it was going to take longer than to time quoted I would have just cancelled the order and got KFC.
