Lacklustre service and food. Doesn’t compare at all the its counterpart in Alexandria. We arrived for 11am and options were dire. Not breakfast egg and bacon roll as they ā€˜sold out’. It appears that food isn’t made on the premises. I had the ham and cheese toastie, very light on the ham, could barely taste it, the overwhelming flavour was mustard and I like mustard. Croissant decent but a little dry, not very buttery. My sister’s bocconcini, tomato and basil ciabatta was dismal, try and completely lacking in taste. Coffee was decent, the only thing good. Service was transaction at best. No warmth or friendly cafe vibe at all. Everything is overpriced for what it is. Overall disappointing especially compared to the food and service at the Sonoma in Alexandria, thumbs down...

I have to rate this place with a 5 star in food. It’s a small venue with limited kitchen resources and still I always find something attractive and well presented in terms of fresh made sandwiches. Sweets obviously are excellent with the usual high quality of Sonoma. However I’d like to make a special remark on service: I own cafes myself and I have to say that the staff here are fantastic! Every time I’m there, they greet everyone with a smile , they have a genuine positive attitude and they even remember me when I come! They make contact with every customer and they are attentive and helpful. The coffee is great and the ambiance is perfect for a small operation. Congratulations team you really make a lasting impression and a great...

I’m big fan of sonoma bakery and brand, have been buying sourdoughs for several years in bakery and Harris farm.

It’s been a while to visit bakery and I got a sourdough for new year breakfast, but unusually sourdough was burned, overcooked and every single bite of edge of bread was bitter. I recognised breads were bit darker than usual when I bought but I thought it would be okay. If I knew, I probably skip this time. I don’t know what happened for quality but I even paid more for fresh bread in bakery compare to Harris farm. Definitely shouldn’t have sold that...

Friendly and welcoming staff. ok now, I have now gone in and bought an almond crossiant there three times. Two out of the three was STALE. I understand completely if you have the almond crossiant delivered onsite refridgerated to be sold once brought to room temperature BUT do not resell after trading finishes for the day to just sell it THE NEXT DAY. The crossiant has been chilled at least TWICE and brought to room temperature TWICE by then and its just bad. The almond cream is basically rubber and breaks away (SEE PICTURE)
