Subhakamana Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I been suvakamana many times, last time I been there with my non nepali friends and Nepalese friends. We were 8 of us and spent around 300$ but I am not happy with food and service , service was one of the worst even I can’t compare the Chinese food court, Chinese food court service might be better. Our entree arrived entree was ok but momo platter is too small. Last time when I had momo platter there was sadha ko momo this time there was not . After finishing the entree nobody clear the table. Our table was soo Messi . I really feel uncomfortable in front of my friend. When our mains arrive still the entree shared platter and entree plate was still there . No body clear the table. After that we had our mains in same entree plate . According to health and hygienic it’s not good . Goat curry was worst I ever had . What I expect I didn’t get . It is really sad because of this staff(never seen her there before) today who was very unaccommodating, I have to give a bad review. I am a regular customer but today when we went there she was just gossiping with other customers and didn’t bother to give us a menu even though we signalled her multiple times. She only got it after 10 mins only after we asked for it again. I was already frustrated by this. Thereafter, she also totally ignored us when we asked to order food. This happened multiple times as well and finally came when I personally went to ask her. It was not like she was serving others. She was just doing nothing standing on the counter. I’ve been a regular customer here for the past five years. I visited today (05/11/2025) around 2 PM, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I simply asked about the price difference between the normal Thali and the promotional Khana set, but the girl at the counter responded rudely, saying, “It’s $25,” in a lecturing tone. Her attitude and lack of politeness clearly reflected poor training and not the standard of service and educted attitude expected in Australia.
