I’ve been here a few times and the Manager has always been lovely, so it’s a shame she hires staff that don’t live up to her standards. I came Today and the 3 girls that were on were just atrocious. Not only did they have headphones in, making me repeat myself several times, but they had 0 customer service skills to start with. Terrible mix. The chicken on the sandwiches I ordered came to me cold. Completely inedible cold, not even warm. When I brought it back, which of course someone would do- she pulled the chicken off the sandwiches, of which belonged to 3 different people, and put it in the microwave for longer. Much longer than needed. She then threw the chicken around completely missing the bread because it was “too hot for her to touch” and all while laughing. Upon asking her if it was burning hot, why would she feel it was appropriate as she could see the order was for children- too which I got no response (maybe the music was too loud) So now not only are the sandwiches rearranged with no idea what chicken belonged on what sandwich (the kids had taken bites before they realised it was cold) but they are now so hot that they can’t be eaten. That’s what I get for bringing something back right? At this point I asked for a refund as the whole thing is a joke- Nope sorry they can’t do that. 1 worker then said she would remake. I told them ok, I’ll come back. (after a lot of back and forth) I came back 5 minutes later and the SAME sandwiches were open on the bench ready to be handed back to me. After I was told they would be remade- which should have been done in the first place. So beyond frustrating. The cost of these sandwiches is enough to expect better. Save your money and spend it on a franchise that’s worthwhile. The staff need to be fired, I wouldn’t even waste the time attempting to train any of them!    Read moreI’m writing this review with deep concern and disappointment. As a Muslim customer, I specifically inquired about the halal status of the chicken at this Subway branch. The owner personally assured me that the chicken served was halal. Based on this assurance, I consumed food from this outlet multiple times.
However, during a recent visit, a staff member informed me that the chicken is in fact not halal. This was extremely shocking and upsetting, as I was misled into consuming something that goes against my religious beliefs.
Misrepresenting food status—especially in matters related to religious dietary restrictions—is not just unethical, it’s deeply irresponsible. Customers have the right to make informed choices, and falsely advertising food as halal violates both consumer trust and ethical standards.
I strongly urge food authorities and halal certification bodies to review this matter seriously. No food business should be allowed to mislead customers about something so sensitive. I hope action is taken to ensure transparency and honesty in such establishments...
   Read moreUsed to go here regularly for my subs but have made a point of never going back after one weird incident I have only experienced at this location around 1 year ago, will just lay out the facts and let you be the judge. Maybe it's just me :) Asked for standard foot long, no other customers, 2 workers total. worker adds 3 slices of cheese I asked if the amount of cheese on a footlong has changed she throws on a 4th slice without saying anything to me as the sub is toasting, she speaks to the other work in another language, but I can tell by the body language that she's talking about the cheese and me. I say to the other worker "It's only a small thing, but it's important", to which she responds "Yes, I know", which indicates she's aware of what happened and that the worker was talking to her about said 4th slice of cheese. I walk away without paying for sub
Just doesn't make any sense. I can't believe that incompetence would have you miss the 4th slice of cheese, so she must've used 3 slices on purpose, but why? Will be confused about...
