I am deeply disappointed by the experience my mother had at your establishment today. She visited and politely asked the staff if they could accommodate her request for vegetarian options, to which she received an extremely rude response. While it's understandable if vegetarian options were unavailable, the manner in which she was treated was unacceptable.
Subsequently, when my mother attempted to select sushi from the display, she was blatantly ignored by the staff, who instead chose to serve another customer. Only after a considerable wait did the staff reluctantly attend to her, displaying a severe attitude. Despite her patience, she was met with further hostility when requesting tempura pumpkin rolls, as she was abruptly informed that they were unavailable.
The level of aggression and negativity displayed by your staff deeply upset my mother, prompting her to no longer wish to patronize your establishment. It is imperative for any business, regardless of size, to ensure that their staff provide exemplary customer service and treat patrons with respect. Regrettably, this experience falls far short of those expectations.

I ordered four sushi rolls. Every time I mentioned the type I wanted, the gentleman aggressively grabbed the sushi rolls as if playing a game, causing them to burst and become mushy.
Even though our eyes met, he continued to handle the second, third, and fourth sushi rolls in the same manner, resulting in four burst sushi rolls that I paid for.
