I recently placed an online order at Subway and went to pick it up in person. Luckily, I arrived while one of the employees, Khushi, was preparing my order. I noticed that she had both sandwiches laid out in front of her but seemed to be mixing up the ingredients between the veg and non-veg ones.
To avoid confusion, I politely asked her to label which was which, and she mentioned that “the one with the double sticker is Chicken.” I trusted that and left with my order. Unfortunately, when I got home and served the supposed vegetarian sub to my husband — who is strictly vegetarian — we discovered that it was actually non-vegetarian, while the other one turned out to be the veg one.
It was quite disappointing, as this kind of mix-up could have easily been avoided with a bit more attention and proper labeling. I hope the management takes note and ensures better care and accuracy with online orders, especially when distinguishing between vegetarian and...

She ended up having food poisoning and was almost rushed to hospital because of it. She then called this store the next day to let them know what had happened and one of the staff members kept asking her if she wanted to order another sub because he was incompetent and wouldn't even take her complaint seriously? It is extremely unprofessional and disgusting how this turned out. Never ordering here again.
