Not recomended to use this KFC. Went through drive through tonight 22.2.19 was busy as expected on a Friday night this wasnāt a problem. The problem was getting to the window to get our food and told there will be a 5 minute wait for part of the meal, we agreed to this and asked if we could have fresh chips with the meal if we are having to wait as no one likes cold chips. We parked in the parking space we where told to. After sitting in the car and playing on my phone, watching a few Facebook videos we thought āgee itās been a whileā. My partner has notifications on his phone when he spends money. We looked at the notification it had been 17 minutes since we paid for our meal! So much for 5 minute wait (there was a 2 minute delay between paying and getting to the pick up window). We walked inside to inquire what was happening. There where also other people waiting for orders to be fixed as well. The guy on the counter couldnāt care less that we have been waiting close to 20 minutes. He meandered off to check. Whilst waiting, a female employee came in from outside calling out our number plate. I collected our meal from her and luckily checked it as they where missing our gravy. I then waited anouther 5 minutes to get service to ask for our gravy. Meanwhile yet another customer has come in asking about their order thatās been done wrong. To top it all off we get home to find the dinner rolls are stone cold as if they came from a fridge! And there where no legs in our meal! What a waste of time this experience had been. Next time I will be going to the other KFCs local to the area such as Richmond Road...

Paid at the next window, and was handed the snack box and was asked to park in the waiting area so i did. I opened the bag to eat some chips while I wait for my wings. It felt like I was eating salt. The chips were totally covered in salt, I waited a further 30 minutes, no one came out. I went inside and asked for the manager. I explained about the chips and at the same time, I asked her to look at the staff, they were pouring salt on the chips like there was no control whats so ever. She looked and saw, totally ignored me and walked away. Rude, un sympathetic and no intention to correct her staff, and no regard for the customer. I got my wings was walked out. Got home, the wings were totally burnt and not edible. Never again, you have lost me as a customer. There are kids employed that look totally untrained and not professional. Shame on you KFC....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI noticed a "FREE DELIVERY" promotion recently and decided to use the opportunity to order the $49.95 giant feast. I didn't notice that the menu price automatically rose from $49.95 to $62.95 if delivered. I queried the cost difference via the KFC administrative website and received the following reply: "THERE ARE INCREASED COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY AND THESE NEED TO BE PASSED ON FOR US TO OFFER DELIVERY. KFCS APPROACH TO THIS IS A FLAT DELIVERY FEE AND A SMALL INCREASE TO MENU PRICES. THE FREE DELIVERY OFFER WAIVES THE $3.95 DELIVERY FEE ONLY." (I don't feel that $13.00 is considered "a small increase"). While I understand profit requirements I fail to see the logic of increasing the price of an item in order to offset delivery costs. I believe that "free delivery" promotional offers should be just that. Despite all this, I have no issue with service at my local KFC but will never again have faith in their so called "promotions".
