Despite this, I can understand and see how stressed out and tired they are, but they have to learn how to handle pressure. It's because of this reason their customer service became a downfall.
Other thing is chicken bites shouldn't even be on the menu The bites weren't crispy. It was soft and chewy like you're eating soggy soaked or wet batter or flower instead of breadcrumbs. I've had better chicken bites elsewhere. Chicken bites in subway doesn't match, or its not suitable for the subway stores.... Then came with avocado toastie. They use the same bread as garlic bread and they just spread avocado onto it I was expecting a more TOAST-like resemblance. The herb and cheesy garlic bread wasn't good. It's not the right aroma and not the right flavour. The Italian BMT was good as usual but I asked for a double toast. Same with cheesy garlic bread and avocado toastie I specifically asked for a double toast on ALL BREADS. So it doesn't surprise me the avocado toastie and the herb and cheesy garlic bread wasn't crispy. It was soft like a soft sandwich 🥪. I think next time I have subway I'm sticking with my only favourite The Italian BMT with selected ingredients. Read moreI used Menulog to place my order for my family. Initially the page said free delivery for order over $10. However, when I was finalising the order a delivery fee of $5 came up so I decided to pick the food up myself. However, the restaurant did not even start making my order 10 minutes passed the ETA! And they did not have the cranberry sauce, or the tomato chutney, or semi dried tomatoes that I chose for the Turkey wrap. I had to wait for a long time to have the food made because they decided to serve the people queueing there first instead of me, the customer who had already ordered and paid 20 minutes ago. There were 4 women taking orders and making food but none of them attended to my order before I arrived at the shop. What is the point of paying more money online only to find that it is quicker and much cheaper to order on the spot?! First they ignored me when I tried to tell them that I was there to pick up my order. I had to said it three times and when one of them finally acknowledged what I said, then they asked for the order number before telling me that it "only came in 5 minutes ago", which was clearly a lie because I had already paid $55.50 more than 15 minutes ago at that point. Read moreConstantly making careless mistakes, missing cookies, ingredients, wrong items, etc. (When ordering online+delivery). The sandwiches usually taste nice, but it's very frustrating to constantly have to deal with all these other issues EVERY TIME. I understand mistakes happen, but careless mistakes like forgetting items that were paid for should not be happening as often as they do, it gets to the point where it feels (in my opinion) like they're trying to scam people, hoping they get away with cutting corners while many people won't bother to check them on it.
Subway is a large worldwide chain and does not need to be doing this, I don't believe it's asking too much to receive the items ordered and paid for. Please have your workers pay a bit more attention and double check orders instead of saving 30 seconds and inconveniencing customers for days on end by having them have to chase refunds through delivery platforms.
