Went there to try their purple bun. Ordered Burger, Wrap and Wings to try first time.

Well the kid took the order and 30 mins passed no food came in. No one was at the counter to inform.

When we informed the kid behind at the counter they said we were busy with uber deliveries.

The order came in, it was just a normal potato bun not purple bun and my husband couldn’t swallow a bite, patty was too dry, cold and soggy buns. Unfortunately had to left the food there, however I took the wings and wrap with me to try later. (It’s already cold and soggy).

We went today just to try the famous purple bun burger that’s all over Instagram. But when our order arrived, we were served regular potato buns. Only then were we told that they’ve stopped using the purple buns—no one mentioned this when we ordered.

Our kid was so excited to try it after seeing it online, and he was truly heartbroken. If the item is no longer available, it should not be advertised or shown on social media. It’s really disappointing and feels like false advertising.

Please be upfront with customers—expectations matter. Sadly, we won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to...
