25/11/23 update. Current Director Nadime Roumieh is working very effectively to optimise all facets of this facility. It’s clearly a tough job requiring someone like Nadime. Our family and our resident, aged mother are very glad to have her in this position.

Staff are all special people working to their limits and limited resources. Our family is glad to have our mother cared for at Chiswick Road Greenacre.

31/1/25 Estia Bankstown (Greenacre) is continuously raising and improving standards as time passes. Staff are passionate, helpfull and capable. Our family is very glad that our Mum is being so well cared for.

After 4 and 1/2 years residency at 74 Chiswick Road, our Mum passed away peacefully. The wonderful care Mum received under the watchful management of Director Nadime is priceless.

The team from management through to reception, administration, doctors, care directors, lifestyle co-ordinators, Registered Nurses, carers, laundry staff, kitchen staff, maintenance manager and cleaner are all passionate, capable and special people. Excellent service. From day one on phone with Dianne Colamovski from ESTIA Bankstown (client Service Officer) I felt a comforting warmth and encouragement to ask any question regarding placement for my mum. Dianne has been a great help with all my enquiries and always has had an open door to welcome me and my family in these hard times. She has been a great listener and adviser as to next steps. I have to mention that all the staff including the office staff too have always been very welcoming, very helpful and very efficient. Front desk and on the phone all amazing. Please keep up as it means a lot to us the family. The Bankstown KELSO unit where mum is in Respite is wonderful! The RN and all the staff are amazing. I researched several aged care facilities for my brother who now needs 24 hour care. After an intensive search, I found Estia Health at Greenacre who were also recommended by the hospital where my brother was a patient. As soon as I walked into the reception area at Estia, I had an warm and homely feeling and I knew this was the right place for my brother. I met with Diana Cklamovski, Estia’s Client Services Officer who helped me with the admission process and also comforted me during this very difficult and emotional time.
