We had a 11.30 am birthday party on Sunday. Sushi Hachi not open at that time. We dropped in Friday to order a platter to pick up late Saturday so we had their delicious sushi for party on Sunday morning. The delightful owner says no. It's ok. What time is your party on Sunday. I will make it fresh so its better and allows me to come in & get it on Sunday morning at 10.30. Our kids & us love their food. But just doing that little bit extra to allow us to have fresh sushi for our son's birthday party! Didn't need to do it but it shows he cares about service & produce! Would give them 10 stars...

Amazing food, great quality and very fresh!! I ordered salmon, avocado inside out rolls (6pc), and they were amazing!

They make all the food on the spot for you, and everything tastes very good. I also ordered the Teriyaki wagyu beef rice bowl and the wagyu was unbelievable.

The shop is also very authentic, but modern at the same time which adds a cool twist to the atmosphere! The workers there were very nice and welcoming :D

Overall, an amazing experience I had which is why I wrote this review. But seriously, the food is super fresh which is....

I had a really disappointing experience at Sushi Hachi. The food was poor quality — the rice was cold, the seaweed was oddly crunchy, and the tuna had a mushy texture that didn’t feel fresh at all. The overall taste was unpleasant.

On top of that, the restaurant was not clean. The tables were dirty, and there were flies around, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. There was only one worker managing everything, and there were no other customers during my visit — which, honestly, wasn’t surprising given the condition...

Home alone craving for Chicken Karaage so I ordered UberEATS from Dontei Rice Bowl and found out they've merged with Sushi Train. The rice bowl was packed very nicely and neat. It's a good portion for a 43kg girl but might not be enough for others. The Karaage was nicely cooked. The rice bowl coame with a piece of lettuce, some shredded carrots, slices of red ginger, and some kind of mayo. I paid for extra mayo and it came in a pack - Kewpie brand... so nice!!! I would try their other dishes in the future. Recommended!

Wow! I am so glad this sushi restaurant has opened up close by to me. The sashimi is so fresh and food comes out really quickly. You can tell the chefs really care about quality food. The salmon sashimi was fresh and creamy. Karaage is cooked to perfection and juicy. The aburi rolls were well sauced and torched the perfect amount. The Udon had a deep savoury flavour and the noodles were bouncy.
