How refreshing to see a local business succeed. This place is great! Lovely food and lovely staff with the owner right there in the midst of it all taking a hands on approach to the way he runs his business. The ambience is welcoming and the menu quite broad. Broad enough to ensure the consistency and quality of food that is being delivered to its patrons. This lovely restaurant is located in the midst of the local Clemton Park community and caters for all people with a taste for quality Italian food. Their specialty is pizza and pasta. There is a variety of pasta that is served including gluten-free and handmade. The pizza is made fresh on the premises and Is stone baked using authentic ingredients and quality materials. It has been lovely to see this business grow and flourish since opening some seven months ago and I would strongly recommend a visit to anyone interested in a good quality Italian meal. All the stuff there are very very lovely and very professional in their approach. They make all patrons feel very welcome and make their experience a special one. Weather dining as an individual or a couple or even as a large group you can dine either inside or alfresco just outside Located in Clemton Park Village there is loads of parking on site so getting here it’s quite easy. It is located in the old Sunbeam complex

Crazy Nonna’s Pizza Pasta Bar is an authentic Italian experience in Clempton Park. With family recipes over 100 years old this little gem is sure to impress everyone, including Nonna 👵🏽 Living literally accross the Rd we’ve dined here a few times and are slowly making our way through the menu but this time we opted for: PIZZA 🍕 - Crazy Nonna Pizza, San Marzano tomatoes, Fiore di latte cheese, basil, pork sasuage, ham, salami, basil olive oil (we swapped out for truffle oil) - Nonna Sandra Pizza, Fiore di latte cheese, Wild rocket, Parma Prosciutto, shaved Parmesan, olive oil PASTA 🍝 Napoletana Ragu, 12hr slow cooked ragu. Bothe the pizza’s are as authentic as they come. A beautiful wood fired thin crust and dense toppings. Don’t be mistaken by a soggy middle, it’s just how the Italians like it 😉 The Ragu pasta was full of flavour and the pasta was cooked to perfection. A must of you’re in the area or just passing through, now as Nonna says: ‘EAT, you look skinny!’ 👵🏽RATING🍕16/25 Breakdown: ▫️Taste: 3/5 ▫️Presentation 3/5 ▫️Value for money 2.5/5 ▫️Service 3/5 ▫️Restaurant vibe 4.5/5 make sure you check this place out on a Thursday evening for their live music, such a vibe 🔥 (music was just a touch too loud) .

At first I thought this was just another above-average priced Sydney Italian restaurant. But hunger got the best of me right after my grocery run and I was curious. So, I'm no pizza connoisseur by any means. But then again everyone thinks they are. Difference is, I actually have a wood fire pizza oven at home. So I know how to make my own dough and fire up the oven etc etc. So I know when a pizza goes wrong or is average. Crazy Nonnas pizza is absolutely beautiful. Certainly by the ratings, this is not a fluke and they have perfected a technique. Soft, fluffy base. Deliciously chewy almost. And the cheese is not some cheap mozzarella cheese either. Whatever they do, it was just 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 This will become my new local!

I am not sure if the nonna is crazy or not but defo the pizza guy is disrespectful UPDATE: First of all I am deeply sorry if I disturbed the peace of people who were in your restaurant to have a nice meal. They are not a part of this discussion and they shouldn’t have been affected. I apologise from my end.

Secondly this is not a defamation. I had a bad experience with this business and shared my opinion in a public platform. It doesn’t matter who am I; I could be a customer, an Uber driver or a colleague. Thanks for your response which shows how you show respect to people depending on their status.

The expected time when the order will be ready is shown to the driver on the application screen, and the drivers organize their orders based on this. When the restaurant accepts the order, it undertakes that the order will be ready at the specified time. It is at the driver's discretion to wait a few extra minutes if states in advance and order can be cancelled due to excessive wait time. (This is something usual and happens a lot). The restaurant cannot keep the driver waiting as long as they wish and must inform the driver if the order will not be ready soon.

When I came to pick up two orders, you were not even aware of the existence of the second order. I have waited for a long time and then when I said that I could take the first order that was ready and cancel the second one that was not ready, you said that I have to wait for the second order and I can only get two of them together otherwise I should leave. Basically you kicked me out verbally in a disrespectful way.

The problem is not time, money etc. The main problem is that you underestimate and disrespect the person in front of you.

I hope you can empathize and be a little more understanding of people who work on a per-order basis rather than an hourly wage. And please do not hesitate to report this to Uber. Maybe they can explain...
