While the burgers are always quite good, I made the mistake of ordering the fried chicken.. It is listed on the menu as fried chicken. What I received was a few chicken wings in the serve, which the menu didn't not indicate was their version of fried chicken. A: shouldn't it have stated clearly on the menu "fried chicken wings";- particularly given they have chicken fillets on their burgers. Any place, pub or takeaway that serves only fried chicken wings clearly states them as such. There is more to fried chicken than just the wing.. B:These wings were not complete anyway, they were the mid section and tip (inedible section) of the wing. There was absolutely no drumette part of the chicken on ANY of the wings C: They were small, tasteless, dry and tough. They appeared to be just deep fried without any seasoning nor coating whatsoever. They tasted old and quite unpleasant. Even the "sauce" on the wings (scant and barely coating each wing) had a not pleasant taste. D: They do have chicken fillets on their chicken burger, I assumed that's what I'd be getting some type of version of E: No advice on their menu that the fried chicken was just wings, albeit incomplete ones at that F: At $2 a wing (that is what a "large serve" equated at) this was nothing more than a cynical money grab LABEL YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS CORRECTLY FALSE ADVERTISING For me, having experienced the "fried chicken fiasco" there...

The food is OK, but the management was bad. During lockdown i ordered over the internet and it said pick up in 20 Min. When i showed up there were only 4 purple working flat out. After 5 Min someone came to the front and was dealing with delivery drivers. After another 5 Min he asked me for my order. It was on the desk having been printed when i ordered but no one looked at it, or any other internet order, for half an hour until i mentioned it. I was then told it would be 15 Min. It was still over 40 Min before i got my order. It seemed only people who complained got their order filled. But an hour and a half between ordering and it being ready for collection just shows that management has no planning or system for dealing with peak times. Everyone was complaining about the waits and how service has not improved. Management needs to employ more people for peak times or business will stop. As a side note they got the order wrong too, i hope the person who got my mushroom...

Love the burgers here and they have great value for money combo meals! Great smashed beef patties and plenty of sauce! Juicy and flavoursome! They also have a few new burgers which they have added to their range! Their chicken wings are also amazing and tasty, they’re also twice fried which makes them super crispy 🔥

Ordered: Jaminator Combo ($21): Loved the sweetness of sauce with the bacon and beef. The caramelised smoky onions and jam was a great combo. Very juicy tender smashed beef patty with generous topping of sauce. Loved the side of shoestring fries, super crunchy! 👌🏻 Garlic Soy Chicken ($12): Their wings are another level!
