Sushi House — Restaurant in Sydney

This place was okay before. It wasn't very clean, however the sushi seemed to be fresh and had some great options available. I think they've changed owners because now everytime I go, it gets worse. Today the baby sushi rolls for my daughters were so thin, its a bit of a joke. They have removed the soft craft shell roll and other more sophisticated sushi options. And the place is absolutely filthy. Had to wipe down the chair full of oily stuff. It was not cheap either. I have never paid so much in this place. Will not be...

POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times, food is ok, well made and fresh but the service provided to customer is below zero, they don't respect their own tradind hours.

i've have been told by the waiters that their were closed while walked in, at the door sign they are open till 9m, i got there 8:30pm ( more than once ), when you are lucky to dine-in, you basically have to help yourself, get a menu, water, soy sauce most of the times.

The ultimate worst customer...

Food is really nice, but says it’s open till 9:00 and there not. Was forced out of the restaurant at 8:30 and staff took the bowls from the table. Basically took the food out of my mouth and told me to leave at 8:40. Was not nice. We raised the website saying it’s open till 9pm. And they shrugged. And pointed at the door.
