False advertising, beware. All you can eat one day, one pizza only the other. Initially, they went as a group of 2, and they allowed us to order 4 pizzas without an issue. They mentioned we could order 5 per order as per house rules clearly stated. Had a lovely dinner, had no issues, and recommended to many people in and out of the area to attend this venue for the All-You-Can eat deal. Visited the establishment again to find the service initially not very welcoming, as entering two ladies, not very confident mind you in their service to seat us as we asked straight forward if the All-You-Can eat deal is still running. Seated & ordered with one of the servers, no issue for 5 pizzas, eager to eat them all as we did last week. Especially after not eating all day. 20 minutes later, the 'Manager' who had been the initial server, had advised the head chef had not been in last week & the Head chef is in today advising they can only serve 1 pizza per person, clearly going against the written All-You-Can eat deal. Which is unfair for the chef as we eat multiple pizzas with variation to allow us to eat all pizzas comfortably, eating one pizza without variation made us sick, as we wanted the utilise the deal for variety & eat them all. We are a family of 2, who struggle as it is to afford the amount of food as does everyone these days, we need to eat as it would cost us approx 60+ each for the order we had last night, hence wanting to take advantage of this deal we had successfully managed to eat all last time. Wanting to order our first round of pizzas as per the Owners new rules that only apply to a party of 2, which is not stated in their house rules - if this was going to be the case + your kitchen closing at 9, you should have this clearly written so you don't lure people in with the false pretence that they can order maximum 5 pizzas per order. Coming in 1.2 hours prior to kitchen closing, last time on the same quiet night, it had been at 25 minute wait per pizza causing us to worry if the deal would even make sense if we order 1-2 pizzas before they decide to close and refuse service. It had taken 20 minutes to do so, as we kept asking who we could speak to that had changed these rules on us as we had only been there the week before with no issues. Having this service put an awful taste in our mouths and had made us completely dissatisfied at this point to continue dining. The manager who tried her best to be the middle person, we persisted in asking her if we could speak to whoever had been giving her those orders so we could discuss their false advertising as she was not the person directly changing this. In regards to our behaviour, we were straightforward and upset with the service we had received, hence asking to escalate this to whoever had given this new rule. As you can tell as the customer being right, the rules written are perceived that if you're eligible to order the All-You-Can eat menu, then you should be able to perceive the rules as they're represented, not have new ones made up on the spot as it felt like discrimination being two larger individuals, being told what they can and can't eat. Having eaten our first round of pizzas after the manager kindly tried to find a resolution which we could reason with, we had lost our appetite simply as it would anyone. Once our second round of pizzas came, they were very basic & Bland, in which we did not finish. Once we came to the conclusion that we were done with this restaurant for good, we had the server try to charge us individually for the pizzas, not for the All-You-Can eat deal. The False advertising had been bad enough, and having to discuss cordially with the workers that they're falsely advertising a deal & not honouring it, they wanted to charge us extra. This level of service was horrifying, the only highlight is the one initial pizza we had been served & the Manager trying to rectify although they were lacking confidence as the owner decided to make their job harder by making them decide new rules on the spot for two individuals.

Nice place you would almost say a “hidden gem” but they have been there for years haha Very polite staff, beautiful set up and atmosphere, outdoor dining looks great so well done. Cocktails were delicious, spicy margarita and passion fruit mojito as starters. We had never had scallops in a tomato based sauce so it was different but surprisingly tasty. Jalapeno poppers were BIG so happy there haha. I will say that the Linguine Di Mare and Mexican pizza honestly didn’t have a lot of flavour. The pasta had heaps of seafood but unfortunately over done and a bit tough. Nicely presented and came out at the right time, even though there was a large table we still eating at the same time we got our food hot and fresh. At the end of the night we had an enjoyable night in a very nice local spot, we will see you again.

Went to Toro Nero for the first time after lockdown and wow it was such a great experience, it has such an incredible atmosphere and ambience. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always smiling and providing excellent customer service. This place has such a great variety of delicious entrees, pizzas and pastas. It’s family friendly and the kids love it but also has a great rustic feel and is a great place for a romantic dinner for two. I had the the salt and pepper calamari & the linguine Di mare and I had strawberry and hazelnut gelato for dessert it was great authentic Italian food. They have a great range of drinks including margaritas and a great wine list along with beers and spirits.

Zero customer Service - Booked in advance 18 days with formal written confirmation via email only to arrive and be advised they don't have a booking (email confirmation was provided by the person in-charge - Owner aka Cameron) and then shoved into a corner seat as if he was a doing us a favour - and preferred to give preferential seats to white folks then i guess brown folks - never will ever go and will make sure more people know. In a day and time where it should be about food and not the people NO care for customer and in our case looking to celebrate anniversary which we did advise 18 days upfront why we were coming as we were looking for a casual night out with kids, worst of all did not care we were leaving. I would not even give one star but google forces me to give this as a minimum.

edit 24/05 - Mate if you cant even remember customers don't put false prejudice and accusations on customers. I was driving with 2 kids and we were not offered any water at any point in time , frankly all we stayed was 5 mins because of the way you treated us - and when we did walk out the nice table you gave was to 3 girls who just walked in and not the take away parents.

Also if someone is visiting for the 1st time they wont know what table to book other than to make you aware why they were visiting and the experience i had was racial as that is how...

If you’re in the mood for an exceptional pizza experience, Pizza Paradise is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of fresh dough and sizzling toppings sets the stage for a memorable meal.

Their signature Margherita pizza is a testament to simplicity done right. The crust is thin, crisp, and perfectly charred, providing a delightful crunch with each bite. The sauce is tangy and rich, made from ripe tomatoes that taste like they were picked just hours before. Generous layers of creamy mozzarella and fresh basil leaves round out the flavors beautifully.

For those who crave something a bit more adventurous, the Meat Lover's Supreme is a must-try. It features a hearty blend of sausage, pepperoni, and bacon, all nestled atop a bed of gooey cheese and zesty tomato sauce. Each bite is a savory explosion of flavors that’s sure to satisfy any carnivorous craving.

The service at Pizza Paradise is also noteworthy. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail is attended to with care. Whether you're dining in or opting for takeout, the quality remains consistently high.

In a city brimming with pizza options, Pizza Paradise stands out for its commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavors. It’s a slice of heaven that’s definitely...
