This afternoon (28.10.19) around 5pm after I shopped at Woolies and walk passed this Sushi shop. Noted that they have just started end of day special after checking the price with the counter assistance. I picked up 2 boxes worth of $14 and walk around the corner to the cashier paid her $20 note then she quickly changed me back $6. While I was busy to put the change back to my purse. I'm expecting the cashier lady will pack them in a bag and given some soya sauces or wasabi for me. In fact after she gave me the change her personal moilbe phone rang (because she was speaking mandarin on the phone so I would expecting this is her personal phone) then she was busy to answer her mobile without packing my food. So I have to pick up a plastic bag from the counter to do my own. The most ridiculous is when she finished her call and suddenly screamed at me I did not paid. So I told her I paid far before she pick up her mobile and she even gave me back $6 change. After she quickly checking the cashier she realised money has not been entered to cashier yet. I'm very upset of this kind customer. And she dont even apologize to me. I swear will never never never come back to this shop again. I doubted if the employer have any code of conduct for the staff using mobile phone during working...
Read moreOrdered via Menulog at the Sushi Naya Fairfield branch. It isn’t listed on google maps so I came to the Lidcombe branch here to post my review. Delivery was quick and the food was okay. However I found a bone in my salmon sashimi which was quite disappointing. I’m assuming because the new Fairfield shop isn’t listed yet on google maps means it’s newly opened. PLEASE CHECK and prepare your fish/seafood & ingredients very carefully as issues like this could be far worse with other customers who aren’t so forgiving as myself. Won’t be ordering from here...
Read moreToday I bought sushi for my kid, so it’s slightly late in the afternoon /around 6pm. The staff (woman) really has bad customer service. She didn’t look people in the eyes when I asked her questions. She put my order like halfway thrown it on the glass table. Very rude. Find a better staff that can smile at least, not the one that put the sour face to customer. I was shocked to be treated by staff with that bad attitude.
