Reply to owner's reply : What are you talking about the trolley? We didn't even bring the trolley. What I said about the lack of customer service was careless actions from waitress.
We entered at 7:50pm and while we order, she said last order is 8pm. If she told us when we enter, i wouldn't go in. Also she touched my plate while I was still eating without saying anything. At 8:15pm she kept said we need to leave soon as I asked her when is closing time, she said 9pm. And 8:25pm, she turned off music and closed the barricade door. 8:30pm, I asked for bill, but she never return to me, so i walked to the counter to pay.
You're so late reply is such a unprofessional. I never mentioned about trolley and why you are taking about trolley such like try to saying waitress rudeness was my fault? Unbelievable!
Just had dinner. Food was good. Plate from train was bit dried but understandable as we entered at 7:50pm. Not much choice on the train that we wanted so ordered from tablet. They were looked good, nice and fresh. Udon was good too. Only chicken karaage was burnt.
But waitress service was very disappointed and bit careless.
It's a quite shame that I was very happy that new sushi store opened near my place but I wouldn't go back until waiting staffs are...

Went here for a late lunch with excitement knowing that this was a new sushi place with all the nigiri that mum and I wanted and could barely swallow most of the nigiri. After having the grilled bonito, both mum and I spat it out because it tasted so bad and fishy. We told the sushi chef and the waiter. They both insisted that it was the 'sauce' and not the freshness of the fish. 🙄 Using the iPad to order was also uncomfortable and we had to wait a long time for everything to come out as they wanted to bring it all out at once, not individually like other sushi train restaurants. Will not be going here again and worst $65 I've spent. 😒
UPDATE: Both mum and I got food poisoning from this place. STAY AWAY! We both went home and had the same symptoms that night of an upset stomach, wanting to vomit and going to the bathroom. Body was aching and sore too. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews too that they uploaded straight after my review to get their ratings up. They didn't even bother to reimburse us with the food that made us sick or offer any customer service and told us that they're right and we're wrong...

Tried a couple of their nigiri sushi and overall, it was just average. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again for their sushi. There was not many variety of sushi to choose from. Their order screen was very awkward to use because of the way that it was placed. I also tried their crumbed oysters. It was okay, the oysters came out nice and hot but it was just drenched in oil with too much flour coating. I've had many crumbed oysters at other restaurants and it's not usually this oily or even taste like re-used oil.
Service was a whole new level...We arrived at around 5:30pm or so. There was only a small family of 4 dining at the time. The lady working at the resturant saw us came in but just looked and ignored us. Did not even smile or anything. When we tried to make eye contact with her, she just stared and totally ignored us once again. A few minutes later, just as we're about to leave...a waitress came dashing out from the kitchen to greet us.
So definitely would not be...
