It is almost TOO clear by reading other reviews that this place is an absolute waste of time. If the hundreds of family, cousins and paid reviews were not enough, take a look at the honestly bad ones before you waste money here.

And as to why the owner comes on here responding to peoples reviews (he obviously cant just own up to these mistakes) he comes at people with extreme verbal aggression, which is enough to deter any normal person from interacting with these individuals whom work here. No business owner or decent person in their right mind tells their customers to “crawl back from the rock they came out from” (this is on their reviews on their own site - a response from the owner!!!). Your business is a direct reflection of you as a person and that is clear it is awful.

There is no room for debate here when i have posted a clear image of what i received from your store, yet there you are coming at me telling me i am wrong and incorrect. Well coming on here and reading just how many bad reviews there are and the way you speak to your customers it is and should be clear to anyone who reads this - and the several other honestly bad reviews that this place is a waste of time.

Tonight we ordered off doordash, at 8pm. They waited until after 9pm to cancel our order and made us wait an hour and then not to make our food at all. Another time here we ordered a pizza and added extra olives onto it. I have added a photo below of what we received. Half of this pizza had to go in the bin it was not edible, and the other half i had to pick olives off of. This almost just seemed like this business or “restaurant” if you could even call them that, was honestly just taking the pi$s. Absolutely disgusting. I have visited this Manoush place frequently for the past year and I have been reading the negative reviews and to be honest I think the negative Nancy’s out there that have unrealistic expectations and the Sooky La La’s that get upset because someone looked at them the wrong way that day need to honestly reflect on there attitude before pointing the finger. I guessing you brought up the error maybe in a negative way first? Maybe smile. Maybe recognise that everyone makes mistakes and it’s ok because no one died because you were missing olives on your pizza. No one died because you couldn’t get coffee with your Manoush because this particular shop isn’t allowed to sell coffee because the mall already has a cafe that sells coffee so wah wah.

Honestly, my partner has owned a business before and the hard work and sweat that goes into your business and making a good reputation, so that your customers can enjoy your product and so that you can make an honest living so that you yourself can eat is ridiculously hard. Especially in this day and age.

Please don’t write one star reviews for such shitty reasons. This place is always clean, I’ve never been sick eating here, I’ve never had a bad experience. When I have ever been served here I have always had a positive experience. Maybe smile first for a change. The person behind the counter had maybe had a bad day too. The owner has always been polite and not rude at all. I also do not know the owner personally so please don’t think this is a paid review or a personal one. I’m just sick to death of customers thinking it’s there right to shit on a business for no real good reason. People reflect the attitude you put out so maybe be a little more kind and trust me you’ll get it in...

Worst experience this morning, and I'm usually here once or twice a month. Service was horrible the two people on, chatting amongst themselves saw me and continued before even serving me or acknowledging me, the guy did that too several customers after me aswell. He was rude, very slow service 25min for 3 manoosh, it was only my order plus an unber order to be made, turns out the girl stuffed up one of them and I had to wait with no apology, no explanation, I happened to overhear them speaking about it while an uber order plus two walkins got their food before mine. I have waited 25min before on a very busy Saturday morning which was perfectly fine for me as the food was amazing and service was great but for a quiet morning and to have rude staff, and food wasnt upto the usual standard, it was quite disappointing. Zataar with labne & veggies was overcooked and extremely dry which not sure how that happens and also was missing olives and very small drizzle of labne, went back to add the missing olives - no apology, the guy told me comes with Cucumber, Tomato & Olives which I'm aware as its my usual order, I told him does it look like theres olives? Got no apology just took the box fixed it and gave it back to me. Think service needs working on and also checking orders before...
