Absolutely disappointed at the service.

My boyfriend and I were waiting patiently to be served and the man behind the counter saw us in line. However, when it was our turn to be served, a lady suddenly pushed in and even acknowledged that she was pushing in. Yet, the man chose to serve her first. After she was served, another lady pushed in and again, he chose to serve her first. At this stage, there was no one else lining up behind us and we were furious.

The man behind the counter kept us waiting for ten minutes and had not, in any instance acknowledged us or greeted us. My boyfriend and I left the shop as we were doubting the terrible customer service. We definitely see this issue as a...

Also don't display a sign that says "card surcharge applies (with the % rate of surcharge not quoted on sign) amount of surcharge will be displayed on terminal" and then not display any surcharge on the terminal, but charge a 1.6% surcharge. This is illegal.
