The Local Press Lilyfield

Last Saturday I visited the Press and chose the hamburger. I was amazed at the quality of the ingredients and the recipe. The owner (a very fine chap) explained to my friend (Kristy) and me how the meat is blended with various cuts of meat. Also, the sauce is homemade. I have consumed hamburgers all over the globe. The best hamburger I have had was at a Hamburger specialty restaurant in New York. Well, that was until last Saturday. The Local Press Burger beats the New York Burger. All the dishes that I observed looked top quality. The staff were lovely and it had a very relaxed atmosphere.
