I really really wanted to like the coffee and give the new barista a chance after management has changed. However, I noticed the espresso is not as rich as it used to be. I ordered a small soy cappuccino and noticed how thin the milk was. All the foam was sitting on top (as pictured) which meant mouthfuls of bubbles instead of thick and creamy sips of coffee. When I pointed it out and asked for more milk, I was told it was because of my keep cup (which is odd as I always use the same one for my order and have never encountered this issue). The extra milk was more of the same (quickly warmed up instead of well steamed and was under-aerated).
