Fantastic customer service and communication from the first time I touched base with Carrera the Events Manager to run a Trivia/Games fundraiser to support the Prince of Wales Hospital Emergency Department. Carrera invited us over to see the room prior to the event and on the event day the tables were all set up beautifully. The AV system also was all set up and the event was a massive success. The kitchen too was informed that they will be getting lots of bookings between 5 - 6 pm and they were ready for the workload and all guests received their meals well in time to attend the event that was starting at 6.30 pm. This was again Carrera's touch for the kitchen being adequately staffed. The meals were the best we have had in quite a while. Hats off to the chefs at the "Kitchen". Right from the time of contacting Carrera earlier on to the end of the event all was so seamless and we will definitely book again. The CEO of the Randwick Club Andrew Crofts and the evening staff were also fantastic helping us out with last minute requests and all did it with a smile. Highly recommend this club for any functions and go through Carrera the Events Manger as she will make sure all goes off well. Gooo Randwick Club...

We recently held our team bonding event at The Randwick Club, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The space was bright, light-filled, and spacious — perfect for creating an open and positive atmosphere.

A special shoutout to Carrera Kennedy, the function manager, who made everything run so smoothly. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful day into an absolute pleasure.

The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone. The staff were not only efficient but also genuinely lovely, which added to the welcoming feel of the venue.

Overall, The Randwick Club provided the perfect setting for our event, and we left feeling connected, happy, and well looked after....

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

Attended an event at this club and had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We ordered six meals — nothing fancy — and it took 70 minutes for the first meal to arrive. That first meal? A basic kids’ nuggets and chips. Not exactly something that should take over an hour to prepare.

To make things worse, one of the meals was completely wrong, and despite the excessive wait, the sixth meal never even arrived. We eventually gave up and walked out. No apology, no urgency from staff, and zero regard for basic customer service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your sanity — go somewhere that actually knows how to...
