Terrible Service and Very Rude!!!

Its a shame we cannot post a zero score as I would if I had the choice. I went there the other day to relax after a hard day of work and also as I heard the venue was newly renovated. I was playing in the pokie area and my credits had just run out, so I was contemplating whether to pull out more money from the ATM to play more or to give up. Not even 2mins later a very RUDE security guard approaches me and tells me to go to the other side of the venue (Bistro Area). I asked him why I had to move from the machine I had on reserve and he told me that it was because I wasnt playing. I clearly told him that I was still playing but was contemplating on how much money I wanted to play more. He then refused me to play and refused me to move to the other section. There were plenty of other people around not playing literally and they did not get asked to move along. So I felt targeted and just walked up and left. I had a think about what had just happened outside then went back in to speak to a manager and the manager explained that he had a right to kick me to the other side if I wasnt playing however I was clearly playing and my credits had just ran out. If anyone wants to go to a place where they are kicked out after your money is finished or when the staff assume you are done then I suggest this place is for you. VERY VERY RUDE STAFF AND SECURITY!!! Unpleasant Experience and will not recommend anyone to go here or will never go here...

On the 4th Of August 2024 around 8:00-8:30 . We have bought food from Terry’s Grill Steak House . We approached the bar but wasn’t allowed to buy drinks which were served by Andrew (tall white guy with earlobes) he mentioned that I wasn’t allowed to buy soda without an ID as he wanted the ID card not a photo . Which was totally understandable. But Andrew continued to bully me and my husband. We sat down with our food , which was great . But Andrew decides to send over the security to kick us out for not having our ID on us (other than a photo) . Andrew walks over and says we can’t dine in because we “look underage” but my husband and I are definitely over age . There was a Aussie family dining in , and I asked him if his asked the family for their ID which he continues to lie and says he did . But the family proceeds to disagrees with his accusations. So basically we were the only ones being asked for ID. Very unprofessional and definitely just racist since we were the only islander couple there being harassed . We order food from Terry’s almost every week and also dine in without any issues, this is also my first time being asked for ID just to buy soda or just to dine in. Andrew is racist and very unprofessional . At the end of the day you can’t treat people like that just for not having a ID to eat . Andrew surely knows how to run a...

Uncle Bucks Bistro is one of the best and most affordable Chinese restaurants located in Mount Druit. Portions are fairly large, fresh and tasty, great money for value and a strong familial restaurant, great for parties (bookings are recommended as it gets quite busy) and typical every night if you're too lazy to cook meals. The head chef is a young, vibrant and passionate with his dishes and the kitchen itself is immaculately clean. Try indulging in Mongolian Lamb or Salt and Pepper King Prawns are to die for, always ask for the specials the chef will always look after you!My favorite is the King Prawn Thai Curry with special fried rice, can not go wrong anytime or if not the sate chicken is a definite must every time! I highly recommend Uncle Bucks Bistro for anyone!!!!
