The Good: Let’s start with the positives. Valenti's Restaurant & Cafe has potential as a local spot in the Italian Forum, and I was excited to give it a try. The staff was friendly, and it’s clear that they’re trying to offer a variety of dishes. The location is unique, situated right on a walkway, so it’s convenient for those walking through the area.

The Room for Improvement: Unfortunately, my experience was a bit mixed. The setup felt off—the 'balcony' seating had limited shade, and the atmosphere was lacking, making it not as inviting as I’d hoped. A few extra plants or string lights could help brighten the space. Service was a bit off as well—we were served the wrong drinks, the garlic bread never arrived, and the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The schnitzel was dry, the lemon veal was overwhelmingly tart, and the caprese salad was underwhelming in both presentation and flavor. There was also no live music, despite it being advertised, which was disappointing.

Would I Return? It’s tough to say. I really wanted to support Valenti's Restaurant & Cafe, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I’m hopeful they can improve, but I might wait to see some changes before returning.

A classic hidden gem with THE best coffee in this area!!! AND the cheapest! Only $3.87 for a regular cappuccino!! You can even choose from a selection of 6 blends and single origin roasted fresh on site. My choice is their House Espresso which is a smooth blend with the perfect hit of caffeine & depth of flavour. Take the far end stairs or lift opposite Harris Farm from the co-located free undercover parking at Norton Plaza into the Italian Forum. They also offer delicious breakfast & lunch menus and will soon be licensed as well!!...

This restaurant is a must-try for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. The food is absolutely amazing, with fresh, authentic flavours that will transport you straight to Italy. We especially loved the pasta and gelato, which was the perfect ending to our meal. The service was also fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home.
