This is one of my new favourite lunch spots in Neutral Bay. I have tried quite a few of the dishes but the H.E.N Poke bowl is my favourite so far. The food is consistently good and the staff are very welcoming. The place always seems to be busy and it is clearly well known locally and one of the most popular spots in the area. A real hidden gem and worth a visit if you are in the area.

Def. Not Japanese food but Better than Sushi Train I suppose. The rice is hard, the fish and food quality in general not fresh, the overdoes of source, salty and soy sauce cover stale ingredients… Oil for Fired food, probably reuse many times…. They smell…

This place is not bad. This people here try and make you feel welcome this sushi was okay not my favourite just felt like it wasn't fresh even though I waited 20min for them to make me my order, but it was ok I didn't need to be anywhere.

Used to be the best Japanese place I've ever eaten at, used to eat there once a week. Between April and now, must have changed hands. Food is nowhere near as fresh as what it used to be. All staff are different. Quite a few recipes changed. Won't be coming back sorry. Staff didn't even know their own menu I had to explain some things to them, and they even forgot some things off the menu. Friendly staff but bad...
