Google review of 2 Bridges Pizzeria

On Wycombe Road, Neutral Bay is 2 Bridges Pizzeria is a charming curb-side pizzeria. Right in the nugget of Neutral Bay’s circle of gastronomy. I had a delightful evening of food & wine. Pizzas are unbelievably tasty and the pasta dishes just wet my mouth like a 1930s blonde Hollywood Starlet. Considering the busy intersection where 2 Bridges Pizzeria is situated a diner feels nothing but an intimate and joyful space. The staff are absolutely fantastic and if you eat there when there is a happy evening buzz of people (strangers) sharing in the mood of great food and wine you will have an evening to remember. Great place for a second or third date. In my case a second date that unfortunately did not extend into a third date, however the pleasure enjoyed made it a date to remember. Wherever you are Lisa I had the best time and you were wonderful company. So if you’re looking for a great place for pizza and a fantastic atmosphere that celebrates good food and wine then 2 Bridges Pizzeria is the place to be. Reasonable prices and fantastic...

I never leave bad reviews but I’ve supported this place heavily since opening and was disappointed to order the squid ink spaghetti tonight. Tasty enough dish, but for almost $38 due to their Sunday surcharge (applied even for takeaway) I was surprised and disappointed the dish only had 2 prawns & 2 mussels and a few half cut cherry tomatoes. That’s it. When I enquired about the price difference (the staff took a while to realise I was Sunday surcharged) the male owner came out sweaty in a tshirt & lifting up his shirt to wipe his sweat while talking to me & trying to heavy me, a female, about my query. As if I should not have asked. Not a good look. I credit the downfall in standards to the loss of Laura, the previous manager, who was fantastic and very polite. Seriously doubt I’ll be back & will tell my friends in the area of this disappointing experience. People should be appreciated for their patronage and not have to undergo thuggish behaviour & standover tactics. Neutral bay has a LOT of restaurants choices and Italian options so they can’t afford to...

I had the pleasure of visiting an amazing Italian pizzeria, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, making me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my partner and I had a memorable night.

Now, let's talk about the pizza! I ordered the ortolana pizza, and it was hands down the best pizza I've had in the past 3.5 years. The toppings were so fresh, and the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned. Every bite was like a little slice of heaven.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was so cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a date night or a casual dinner with friends. My partner and I had such a great time, and we left feeling happy and satisfied.

I would definitely recommend this Italian pizzeria to anyone looking for a cheerful and friendly dining experience. The staff are amazing, the pizza is mouthwateringly delicious, and the overall vibe of the place is just so upbeat and joyful. Trust me, you won't be...

Great pasta and pizza restaurant , the Italian atmosphere was vibrant. To start they offered a few focaccia slides as free entree, as there were a wait for over half an hour for our food. We ordered a simple rocket with parmesan dressing which dressing was paired with olive oil. For dinner, we tried their gnocchis with the best tomato sauce, ravioli with plenty filling, and two pizzas. Burrata pizza with one of the best tomato sauce, and the dough was light and tasty. The special pizza grabbed our attention , either prosciutto and truffle it was divine. We couldn’t leave without tasting their tiramisu, served as a single serving it was nice too. It is worth if you’re in the area.

Good pizza and service is good and friendly but we had to wait 40 mins plus to get our starter and first pizza. Which we ordered together. I think they should rush the starters. If the waiting for the mains are long. We ordered Focaccia and a margarita pizza. They both arrived together and after 45 mins of sitting down. Once the food arrived it was tasty. Almost as good as Fratelli's pizza in Cremorne. They have just opened so either they need to get more efficient or hire more help in kitchen to make the process faster. I will be happy to try it again in few months time. Hopefully the wait time will be less by then.
