Windsor Thai — Restaurant in Sydney

Went out here with a client which I’ve ate here before and havnt had any problems, but after Monday nights meal I’ll never return here or recommend this place our meal took half a hour to come out 1st was pad Thai then after 20 minutes the rest of our order was served to the table the duck was cold like it actually just come out the fridge , once told the waiter she come over and went to see if it was cold by touch our food with the back of her hand 😐 once she took the crying tiger and duck back we herd the microwave buttons !!

After cooking our food in the microwave it was then served back to us meat was killed and the duck was like rubber . My client called the next morning not well at all because he tryed to not be rude and eat the cold duck the food was cooked and...

The girl on the counter needs some more training in customer service. We came here tonight and ordered 3 satay dishes, we received 2 satay and 1 cashew. We advised her we have received a wrong dish and she didn't even acknowledge it and went to answer the phone, like she done while we were placing our orders which was super rude. Our entrees came out quite quickly which was good but really disappointing about the mains. When we finished eating we AGAIN told her that there was an error with our order but there was no apology and we asked for a refund which we received. Extremely rude waitress.

We arrived at the venue at 8pm and asked to eat in. We were told ONLY TAKE AWAY.

Mind you, their Goggle page shows closing time for 9:45PM.

I attempted to order a few dishes and was told sold out.

We finally found some food to order.

Upon collection, we were told more food we ordered wasn’t available. Paid by card and was surcharged 2% but, was only allowed to receive my refund back via cash.

Very dodgy business. This placed needs to be audited.
