This has to be the most disgusting place to get food from. I ordered food at 9am which included coffee in the order for it to be picked up by a driver at 10:17am. While looking at the app I called to see where my order was and while on the phone to them the order was picked up magically. The food has been sitting on the bench for over an hour. I complained to menulog which said if it’s a quality of food issue to CONTACT THE RESTAURANT. I did call them back to tell them it’s soggy, coffee cold etc for some girl to speak in a condescending way to me and said it’s not there problem and she hang up on me. I went to the place with the entire order and said make me a new one or a refund to be placed. The girl with a severe pimple problem was so rude and said “I’m not doing anything for you” while throwing out my entire order. I said let me speak to the manager which she replied “I alreadyy msged herrr she said nah” I told her I’m not feeding my kids something that’s been sitting on the bench for hours she replied “it’s been on a warmer” wich LOL about 10 unlucky peoples orders are lined up on the bench no warmer. I mean if your going to try and be rude and disgusting at least be smart about it.I waited there with my 1 year old daughter in my arms until I got my refund because by that time she actually managed to get off her azz and call her manager which resulted in a refund a few seconds later. A few comments made while exiting the premises. That acne girl that works there should be fired. How rude and disgusting do you have to be to do this to customers it’s clearly your fault. A driver was in the place complaining at the time I was there because they aren’t communicating with him to notify that orders are ready to be picked up!!! ITS CLEARLY GYG FAULT. I over heard him say I’ve been here for 30 mins no one told me to pick up the order. It says it’s still being prepared. IDK if he’s talking about mine or not but the acne girl called the manager straight after that. DO BETTER....
Read moreIf you’re craving a quick, fresh, and flavorful Mexican bite, Guzman y Gomez is always a reliable choice. Their menu is built around simple yet bold flavors – think burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos – but done with consistency and quality that makes you want to come back.
I went for their burrito bowl and was impressed by how fresh everything tasted – the rice was fluffy, beans were perfectly seasoned, and the meat had a smoky, chargrilled flavor that really stood out. The addition of fresh pico de gallo and guacamole gave it that extra freshness and balance.
The nachos are another highlight – crispy corn chips layered with gooey melted cheese, slow-cooked meat, and plenty of toppings. They’re perfect for sharing (or not!). The tacos are light, fresh, and packed with flavor, especially when you drizzle over some of their signature sauces.
Service is quick, the vibe is casual, and the food is consistently satisfying. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or sitting down with friends, Guzman y Gomez delivers that Mexican street food energy with a modern,...
Read moreDisorganised customer service and mediocre food. Ordered my food online and come in the store 15 minutes after I made my order, I asked the girl if my order was ready and she said it was getting made so I waited for my order number to be called out. Took staff another 15 minutes of waiting for a staff member to ask me what my order number was and turns out my food was already ready and no one had called out my number. I actually saw them put several orders in the draw without calling out the number, how are costumers supposed to know when their order is ready when they don’t call out the numbers ?! And the food was below their usual standards, tacos half filled and barely any chicken in my burrito. the chicken was so dry and over cooked i had to force myself to eat the food and watch mouthful of food took like 20 seconds just to down cause I had to chew so much. I’ve been a usual at this store for more than 5 years now and the quality and service has gone down significantly in the past year, not...
