Banjo’s Bakery Café – Campbell Town — Restaurant in Tasmania

Stop here regularly and have always had good service regardless of how busy it is! Today was a shocker! Especially Natalie who was nothing short of rude and incompetent! I was told I have to give her my keepcups in order of how I ordered the coffee, what rubbish!! there is a space on the system to write the colour of the cup for each drink so the barista knows! She didn't seem to know anything about the new luncheon deal, so that was a problem for her .We ordered a pie as the very first item, we got to a table realising we didn't have it went back and she argued with us saying we never ordered even though it was the first item! I always stop at Banjos in Campbell Town on the way to Hobart and back. I have been receiving excellent service till yesterday and today. One staff with purple hair was rude. Yesterday she served me half way then she just walked away and started serving other customers when she saw another staff came along but she didn’t mention her anything. So I was just standing there watching them serving other customers. Finally the other staff noticed me after she served 4-5 customers and I was able to pay for my order. Today again. I ordered six donuts and she gave me two wrong ones. Also I was waiting for my Nutella croissants for a while. When I looked at her and tried to ask her. I loved this cafe so much, actually, I spent three times here on my road trip, and I even got a couple little treat to take home to Canberra 😉 we do need to have one of them here. Pastry were so fresh and delicious, the staff were very friendly and nice and the openning hours were so convenient I had very early breakfast and late afternoon meal.
