Stop here regularly and have always had good service regardless of how busy it is! Today was a shocker! Especially Natalie who was nothing short of rude and incompetent! I was told I have to give her my keepcups in order of how I ordered the coffee, what rubbish!! there is a space on the system to write the colour of the cup for each drink so the barista knows! She didn't seem to know anything about the new luncheon deal, so that was a problem for her .We ordered a pie as the very first item, we got to a table realising we didn't have it went back and she argued with us saying we never ordered even though it was the first item! No apology whebshe saw it just a pie shoved at us and a bark of NEXT PLEASE As a Banjos frequent flyer and supporter I'm shocked. If she can't handle a busy day she has no business being front...

I always stop at Banjos in Campbell Town on the way to Hobart and back. I have been receiving excellent service till yesterday and today. One staff with purple hair was rude. Yesterday she served me half way then she just walked away and started serving other customers when she saw another staff came along but she didn’t mention her anything. So I was just standing there watching them serving other customers. Finally the other staff noticed me after she served 4-5 customers and I was able to pay for my order. Today again. I ordered six donuts and she gave me two wrong ones. Also I was waiting for my Nutella croissants for a while. When I looked at her and tried to ask her. She just ignored me and walked away so I asked the other staff. It was...

I loved this cafe so much, actually, I spent three times here on my road trip, and I even got a couple little treat to take home to Canberra 😉 we do need to have one of them here. Pastry were so fresh and delicious, the staff were very friendly and nice and the openning hours were so convenient I had very early breakfast and late afternoon meal. It is a pleasant, clean and beautiful cafe. Thank you to all staff for amazing service and high quality pastry 😍♥️ ps. I learned later that Banjo's is a Tasmanian business with cafes in different cities, and shops in other states. But, Canberrans don't...

Great Cafe! The staff are friendly, the service is very efficient. They have a huge variety of food, we were little lost with choices. Food is AMAZING! Yet it was fairly cheap (compared to Sydney where I come from). The coffee, hash browns, the pies and the toasties are wonderful, and the environment is lively and clean. The toilets are also ok. It’s an ideal go to place for food or for a lovely breakfast or lunch. Definitely recommend!

On the midland highway, Campbell Town is a must stopover. This historic small town is a great place to rest, reenergize, rehydrate and refule. The Banjos Bakery Cafe is a nice, cosy and welcoming place with a great variety of freshly made food and drinks. Everything is resonably priced and the staff are very friendly. There is plenty of comfy seating area inside with toilet facilities.

Not much to say other than the raspberry custard tart (or cake as you call them) was great! Really nice and light sweet to go with our coffee. Had the curried scallop pie which is not pictured and thoroughly enjoyed that snack. Coffee was ok. Was quite busy for an Easter Saturday morning. The only cafe that was opened at 7-8am to get us going!
