TAS SUPER Kebabs Campbell Town — Restaurant in Tasmania

During our drive to Devonport, we stopped at this lovely shop for a quick lunch. We ordered lamb kebab and an HSP, which were both reasonably priced and came in generous portions, not to mention they tasted great. As the HSP came with sauce on the fries, and my 5-year-old daughter doesn’t like sauce (our fault for requesting it). She started complaining and asked for a new serving of fries without sauce. I thought we wouldn’t be able to finish another portion, so I told her no, which led to some tears.

The shop owner noticed and asked what was wrong. I explained that my daughter wasn’t happy with the sauce on her fries. A little while later, they surprised us by bringing her a fresh serving of plain fries at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Generally when i order here the food is good as well as the service. As of today however (1/6/24) I believe i was overcharged For a chicken wrap /w the lot usually being $13.50 from past orders but i was charged $15. We stopped here on the way back to Hobart last night. I love a good Kebab and have had them in for years in Sydney, where they make some of the best kebabs in Australia.
