Congratulations campbell town tasmania subway on my worst survice of the year award
So we went through drive through and we sat at the order box and no one answered so we sat there saying "hello is any body there "till our mouths were dry and thank god i new what i wanted because the signs were so fadded we couldnt read them so we went to the next window and no one was even there Ps if you dont have enough staff to work a drive through (A )close it off or (B) dont have one (C)hire more staff Its simple really
Then when we gave up on that we went inside were we found a big line of people and one person doing all the work then about 5 minutes later a guy came in and started helping (sort of he only helped with the first part ) so when we finally got surved our greeting was subpar (below average ) meaning our greeting was what do you want! He didnt even smile and you could tell they were angry then when he was putting the cheese on my sandwich he couldnt pull the cheese apart so he just slapped it on (so it didnt even melt )so my sandwitch had to much cheese and after he suppoesly toasted it (it was still cold and soggy)he just handed it over for the other girl to deal with and she wouldnt smile
So then we got in the car and realized that our subs were soggy bland and cold after they supposedly toasted them +our cheese was only half melted
Btw im not normally the person to formally complain but you really inspired me to tell you how much your survice sucks
Thanks for terrabke survice Ps if i get food poisoning i...
Read moreI ordered a foot long Spicy Chicken Classic sub from the current FIERY RANGE at Campbell Town Subway after snapping an obligatory photo with the Log. The restaurant was heaving, rendering me 5th in queue on Thursday the 25th of July during the lunch rush - but who could be surprised; it’s Campbell Town, a stunning little town between Hobart and Launceston. I was apologetic. I don’t like to be a difficulty or thorn in the side of the wonderful service workers of Australia (of which I am a part).
The wait was short, as were the team (I’m 6 foot +). When I was asked what bread, I selected Italian; which cheese? ALL. Toasted? Absolutely. I then added lettuce, jalapeños, olives, more olives, then more jalapeños, then tomato, hot chilli sauce and not an ounce of regret.
This was BY FAR the best subway sub I have ever had. I have now eaten 86 subway foot longs across all states and territories in Australia since my first meatball sub in Goulburn, NSW back in 1997.
27 years of subway and the crown jewel is held solely and eminently in the heart of Tasmania. May your success be great and long-yielding. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. May you have every success in the...
Read moreI went to Subway for dinner and decided to go through the drive-thru because I had my baby in the car who was asleep. I sat at the speaker box for 10 minutes, and asked twice if anyone was there. After 10 minutes I drove to the pick-up window, and upon waiting there behind another car for several minutes, was met by a girl who bluntly told me they were busy and understaffed. So she had obviously heard me at the speaker box but had ignored me. I then told her 'that's ok I understand, but it would have been nice for somebody to let me know that they had heard me and wouldn't be far away as I'd sat there for ten minutes'. She then looked at me, and said she wouldn't be far away in an unpleasant tone and walked off, no apologies, no taking my order, just attitute. After this, I drove off and went to live-eat instead. I understand they were busy but her attitude was not nice, nor was sitting there being ignored for...
