Bush Inn Brewhouse — Restaurant in Tasmania

Hi Guys Ken, Shel and Jenny here - we needed to offer our congratulations on a wonderful night we had on our last night in Tassie on Fri 15/10. Deloraine is such a lovely part of the world. We arrived late but settled in to our B&B (Arcoona Manor - excellent stay) for just one night before a day trip to Cradle Mountain for our last day before flying out.

We ate at your Inn that night and enjoyed 3 wonderful dishes - Gorgonzola Sprouts, Turkey, Marmalade Pizza (on a perfect base), Beef Cheek Preposo, Lamb Shanks, local wines and Tiramisu. Bellissimo! So good we had to share each other's plates!

Please congratulate the chef and staff we did not want to leave!

We can't wait to travel back from Brisbane to visit again on a North-Tassie focussed trip in 2022. In the meantime we are trying hard to recreate your incredible menu! 😋

We came across this little Beauty on our travels in Tassy. We were in our way to other place for lunch we drive past Bush Inn and boy are we so glad we did. The pub its self is just stunning the owners have done such a wonderful job with renovations, food is next level incredible and the staff/ chef and owners are talented and so welcoming. My kids who are 8 and 11 said it was the best food and best pub they have ever been to and my son said when we walked out “oh I miss this place already”, soooooo we went back the next day for lunch and we brought more troops! Oh my - what an unexpected delight in Deloraine . Absolutely divine . Our gorgeous owner / waitress Belinda was delightful and spot on with her recommendations . Garlic bread - must have . We shared the special tomahawk steak with sides of beans from the garden and hand cut chips …. Seriously good. Oh and don’t forget the pumpkin pasta - squeezed in a little chocolate cannoli , all amazing . Local wines and craft beers to match . You can ride / walk caravan park if your staying there ( it’s fantastic as well ) Thank you guys your pub is awesome - we look forward to watching your...
