I really wish I had nicer things to say about the food as the shop is cute and they make their own gelato. But I paid $14 for a bacon and scrambled egg wrap. Very high price but I thought it'd be a nice wrap. Nope. It was literally a small wrap with 1 eggs worth of sry scrambled eggs and a half rasher of diced bacon. No sauce, no cheese, no seasoning. I had to ask for sauce which I think I got charged for but can't say for sure as I also bought a juice popper for my son at the same time. My wife got the Reuben on rye however, and it was delicious. For the same price as the wrap it was so much better. I wish they'd look at the wrap they made and think "this is a bit sad". Other reviews mentioned pies and sausage rolls but they didn't have them when we came in. Overall, I would say try somewhere else. Called in late Sunday afternoon for coffee and hot snacks to be told they were closing, so no coffee and only cake served cold. Fine. We selected cold drinks and a variety of cakes and muffins. We EXPLICITLY asked for a gluten-free item as one of our party has celiac. We were served an unsuitable item and when our gluten-free member fortunately noticed the difference after a single mouthful, our server’s attitude was “oh well”

Train your staff better! Veganism is a choice people make, but feeding gluten to a person with celiac can be life threatening!

Not good enough! Anyone can make a mistake, but this girl’s lack of concern, and total inability to give a single crap will ensure we do not call here again.

Nice people nice food. I stopped by by chance and was attracted by the Gelato which turned out to be excellent. A fulllll scoop of ice cream is always making people smile😋, and nice people as well. I embarrassingly dropped the mobile phone under the wooden stairway in front of the shop, and asked them for help. The lady owner of the shop immediately took out lever and hammer and removed the plank to allow me to enter and took back the phone. She literally tore down the house without hesitation to help me! A big thank you. I find Tas people are always willing to offer help....
