It's always a great treat when Dylan is in the bakery making coffee that's usually the only reason my partner and I visit, he's always friendly and helpful and knows how to make a mad coffee but unfortunately recently there has been a larger woman working there that is rude, short tempered and just shouldn't be working front of house as she clearly doesn't have experience in customer service which has really turned us off this business.. They Should change the name of the meat pie to Gravy Pie, Pie looked great but was just filled with a gloopy, glutinous gravy with a few bits of mince spread through it. The gravy was rank and tasted of bulk thickener. I guess with so much passing tourist trade they can serve what they want. I would have been better off with a servo pie. I have been to tp this little bakery since it opened some time ago now. The service is great and the food is delightful. A family run business with all premise baked and prepared food. Now with two great locations both in Main Street. Huonville. Bakery on one. Site with all the same delights plus take home family pies and quiches and cakes. Tje original. The cafe.
