Had a problem with a Stihl ms180 chainsaw, Took it here to discuss. Very unhelpful. Arogant sarcastic responce. Seems that the shop assistant was out to intentionally destroy the business! Made it all out to be my fault, yet I had spoke to his father about the chainsaw problem a few months earlier and he suggested changing the bar and chain to the next size up but this guy wouldnt have it. It was all my fault! I've thought through some of the points that were thrown at me and here is my responce: Point 1, Was told to "increase adjustment of bar oil flow", - There is no oil flow adjustment on these saws! Read moreAlways had excellent customer service. Disappointingly, recently my Rover 800 pushmower was collected after 3 weeks at Stihl and no status phoned report. It was failing to start still. I was told it was unviable to repair. My neighbour checked it in 5 minutes, and found the exhaust blocked by mud wasps. Cleaned it with a poke of a screwdriver.
