Really disappointing experience. We ordered breakfast to eat in, and not long after, a busload of people turned up. Despite us ordering well before them, they were served coffee straight away, while we were left waiting. Even after raising it with staff, they kept prioritising the bus group.

We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our breakfast. It was clear the staff had little understanding of how to manage service properly. First come, first served should apply to all customers, whether takeaway or dine-in. Prioritising a big group just because they were takeaway was frustrating and unfair.
