Terminus Hotel Tocumwal — Restaurant in Tocumwal

Myself and my partner came to eat here for the first time for dinner, very much disappointed as we were approached with very abrupt rude customer service from the girl at the front! she seems to pick and choose who she is polite too, could tell she was judging us as people.

Then the food came out and again entree was bruschetta this tasted awful the tomatoes tasted like they were going off and it did not taste like a brushetta you could stomach, then the steak came out mine was undercooked after I asked for it to be well done and cooked through as I am pregnant and can not eat undercooked meat, was already hungry had to wait for this to be fixed, my partners steak was good enough for a dog to eat and his was very undercooked when he asked for it to be well done so we both didn't finish our meals and walked out very disappointed!! Will not be returning to this pub and I strongly advise to anyone to not even bother.

But would like to give a shout out to the bartender she was amazing with our complaint, and seems like she sees and hears about this often! She calmed us and reassured us and helped us with a refund without asking questions, will only be returning for a drink or two for my partner, you were awesome and the only good experience...

Good pub food and lovely surroundings. Warm fire welcome on a cold night. We arrived just before close of the kitchen after a long day on the road and they were very obliging with cooking us very nice fish and chips and salt and pepper squid. I just love this Pub! Great history surrounds the walls with photos of ol Tocumwal. The staff are awesome and very accommodating. The Chef is a legend. Best meals in town!
