Whilst in the South Coast, we discovered this micro-roastery and cafe called Maverick at the top end of Ulladulla’s strip of shops. A bit off the main drag, you’ll find it right next to McDonalds.
It is small family run business who roast 100% ethically sourced beans which they sell to local shops but also make coffee to consume in store.
The space is large with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy your coffee, and you can see the large roaster in store. They’ve got a limited menu but some toast and sweets if you’re hungry.
