First time at a Zambrero. In many ways it's the same as a Subway. Only one staff member who was very nice, pleasant and efficient. There was quite a wait even though there was only one person in front of us. A bit of an issue with their prices I would say. As it was the first time we had the medium burrito with the beef. Everything was standard. The food did taste good but we both commented it would have been better if the cold vegetable fillings were heated. One person works there. How they expect someone to run the whole thing with one person. The lady notified me it would be a bit of wait, i mentioned that they might need more than one person and she told me that she didn’t think the restaurant would be busy. It’s Thursday lunch time? Same thing happened when going in a few weeks prior on Saturday at lunch time. Good food but you’ll be there for an hour waiting even if you’re the only one in the store. I waited around 10 minutes before being served, and when the staff member finally came over, she very bluntly asked “can I help you.” We explained that we were there to pick up two online orders (there were only two bags on the counter at the time).
