Funland Ulladulla — Attraction in Ulladulla

Disappointing and Rude staff.

An afternoon at funland has become a tradition over Easter holidays and I have always updated an excellent review. However, things seem to have changed fora significant and disappointing turn.

In the 2 hours I was there with my family I rode a bumper car that kept failing, I was then asked to change with cars moving around me. Not safe and no offer of a free go around. When enquiring if I can have another round after the cart failed, well I was referred to a manager that was nowhere to he found. Small blip so I moved on.

Many games later, I then played a shooting game with my son. One side jumped and made targeting impossible and my sons gun has a broken casing. This time I waited for a refund. After being asked to wait I saw customer after customer served and finally a lady with a black shirt appeared and was quite rude. The staff even has the audacity to say that a broken 'Gun' doesn't impact the game. I needed to explain thier game to them. Really?

After that I had another 3 games fail or just plain faulty. I looked at the staff joking and jumping around behind the counter and simply didn't bother complaining on what would be deaf ears. My son reported at least 3, my wife and daughter said many failed for them too. Such a waste of a $200 afternoon.

Traditions end it seems and I'll find another place to spend time with the kids when we are in town.

AVOID THIS PLACE as it seems they have become a money hungry venue that is clearly lacking maintanace and that lost its passion for providing fun. When a 10yo say "maybe we shouldn't go there again" you know it's...

My family (sisters & their kids, our parents) all went here today (big family!) and had a really great experience and what made it so good was the staff being so helpful & approachable. Corey, Rosie & Jed were going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. They were helpful, we had an error with a machine to which they persevered with different sets of keys just so we could play it again lol - when most customers give up but we wanted to keep playing. When all of our cards got to barely any money left $0.30 , we all took our cards up at the same time & other times asking to add some coins on to make it $2.20 for a last game (but many times lol) and like 5 cards - we know we can be full on adhd like - but each time they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and like they appreciated our business with them & they told us that too. My sister complimented Corey & Jed for their patience and she never compliments anyone, hard one to please. Rosie was very helpful and patient with the machine error. They explained we could hold the tickets on the account for next time, we will be going back down the track, purely for how comfortable and pleasant the experience was. Thank...

Brilliant place to take the whole family. We spent the whole day here just playing and enjoying each others company. Clean well presented little place, multi level Funland. Has Fun fair style rides. Ticket games. Laser tag, my favourite, dodgem cars and arcade games spanning from 60's style space invaders, right through to the latest hi-tec games. Wheel chair accesability is non existant here as there was a recent fire in the cinema next door, which is how wheel chair bound people were able to access this place, at the time of my review. 11/11/18... I suggest calling ahead to check if this has changed. If not there is around 30 stairs at the front. They also have great and helpful staff, this place is well named, and I love the deals they have. If you put " X " amount of dollars on Card.... they give you a bit more....also if you turn up after 5:30 its about 15$ for all games and rides....
