Waited for more than 1hr just for 3 yeeros(order placed 2.15- food received 3.20)

The lady at the counter mentioned the wait is 25mins, we ordered anyways. While waiting the lady who was the only one making food seems like putting order chits in front of ours, also noticed people who came late got their orders done before us. It looks like the customers who received the orders who came late and got their food done are locals and they are being preferred before visitors. At one point I saw a friendly guy offering this lady $20 for her service which she declined, delivered the yeeros to next door shop & completed more than 10 orders after our order. When questioned she said its a phone order, if they are going to move the rank of phone order up than customers on site, clearly shows their unprofessional ethics.

Feels like this shop doesn’t know about ranks or they just prefer locals for their business sustainability. At one point wanted to leave regardless of the money spent, but had to deal with hungry kids.

Bad experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone other than local...

The Char Chicken from this venue is on a whole other level of excellence .Succulent and delicious. Larger than the spatchcocks you buy from the supermarkets .So you pay a little more but its so worth it.While you're there try the crispy chips and the dreamy potato bake .You will have to be quick as they often sell out .I love the hard working ,down to earth Mother and Son team that pour their heart and soul into their business. They always send me away with a smile on my face and amazing meals .Ring and reserve a chook or two. Lovely owners but what was meant to be a 15 minute wait on food ended up being a 45 minutes on food. They were apologetic but I would have preferred they be realist up front so we can make the decision to order or not. It seems everyone here comes for the yeeros which my partner got and said it was okay. The chips were okay, a little under-seasoned. My beef burger was horrible. The beef patty wasn’t to my liking personally, the texture of the meat was more sausage like (pasty) rather than a thick juicy meaty patty. It was on the thinner side and with the thickness of the bun and loads of lettuce it got lost among the other ingredients. Would not...
