Korrin was a superb and welcoming host who ensured our meal experience was memorable. We had the chilli and Basil stir fry and red duck curry. Both were superb. The smoky wok hei note on the stir fry was intense and the Thai Basil a perfect addition. The red duck curry had a generous amount of duck. Much as I love red duck sometimes the creaminess of the sauce and rich duck can be over powering. Not on this occasion. The duck was leaner and the sauce not too rich.
