Solid caravan park facilities, friendly staff, just having to make our own beds in the cabins made it feel a little cheap. Whilst some of the facilities in the park are a little aged, this place is well looked after and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and they do such a great job taking care of the place. There is mini golf, a pool and kids playground. The park, in locations, has stunning views of back over the Ulladulla Harbour. Locations is close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Inside the cabins the interior is older, but all clean and functional. The big “cheapening” factor for me was having to make the bunk beds ourselves. The room was included for six people, but there was four bunk beds. Not the end of the world, except one of the adults couldn’t fit in the bunk and wound up on the couch. Overall, a solid place and we would happily go back again.

My family came for my 40th birthday and had a awesome time. We stayed in their premium cabin and had a relaxing few days. The pool and splash pad were fantastic, our cabin was directly across from the jumping pillow and the amenities were excellent. We stay regularly in a lot of different family orientated holiday parks, and we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accomodating. The cabin was lovely and my kids loved possum spotting at night. The park is perfectly positioned near the beach, close to bush walks and still near town. Comfortable beds and great hot water pressure…which is always a plus when u are away. I would definitely come back with my family. Thanks to the staff for a great holiday break :)

We stayed here for 3 nights in a Beachcomber cabin and really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, where it was a few minutes drive to restaurants and town centre, and easily walkable. There is a secluded beach only accessible via this accommodation. It has a water park which is great for kids. There were also doing some construction while we were there which looked like they were expanding the water park or replacing the pool. Only improvement we can suggest is to provide more and appropriate sized towels in the bathroom. Would definitely come back again. There are many different cabin sizes, some look quite new.

I just spent close to $600 for 2 cabins for 2 nights.|We are regular cabin users at various caravan parks and I would have to say this is the worse we have ever stayed in as far as broken items goes. ||Upon arrival I opened all windows as it was a hot day - the main bedroom window had a broken lock clip so I was unable to open it. Bathroom had broken tiles on the floor and in the shower. Cooktop was covered in painted over rust that the rust was showing through. Sliding screen door was absolutely filthy and very rattly and didn't want to close properly. Broken coat hanger sitting in the base of the wardrobe in bedroom 2. A dead rat on the road out the front of our cabin.|Also my daughter in law found several dead rats around her cabin.|Bird poo on all of the outdoor chairs. (which is just nature at its best but it should be cleaned in between guests) And the most dangerous of all was broken switches on the power points in the kitchen. ||I spoke to reception (prior to knowing about the broken power switches) |they got maintenance to remove the dead rat and were not interested in the broken tiles as she said they already know about that. And she did say she would send someone to attend to the window lock however during our stay no one showed up to fix it. Mattresses are very old and lumpy. |We paid for a larger 2 bedroom cabin and the main bedroom was so small that we could hardly even walk up the sides of the bed and our bags had to stay on the lounge. (the bathroom was bigger than our bedroom) ||Parking for a second car is disgusting - they don't even have a visitors parking so my adult son had to leave his car out on the street (that is not good for all the local houses nor is it secure parking for the guests) ||Then on departure our boom gate code wouldn't work so I had to wait at the office while that got sorted.||Contents in the cabin were clean however maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. ||We had a family gathering and had booked 6 cabins in total and everyone had issues with their cabin. My brother in law booked the most expensive cabin in the park and his BBQ didn't work and they couldn't even fix it. ||Very disgusted with the level of maintenance and service.|Beach access staircase was shut - not sure how long that has been out of action for but there is a very pretty little beach down there that no one can get to.||My son’s cabin was directly opposite the bins so their view was “rubbish bins” that didn’t even have any type of screen around them and cars stopping constantly to dump their rubbish. Also on the deck of my sons cabin there was nothing under the deck railing to stop my 3 year old grandson from falling off the deck (no posts or wire cable)||Leanne was quite rude in reception and had very little interest in my issues.||It is a nice park and lots of activities for young and old - however the staff need to have more empathy especially when we have paid top dollar for cabins and maintenance really needs to be done...

My friends and I experience a horrible welcome by a man claimed himself as the site manager , owner of the premise just because we have breached their site policy. We were confronted by this man in tradesman uniform ordering us to move both our car out of the site as they are not allowed to park inside concurrently. What we were terrified is this man's atttiude was so threatening just like we had commited some serious crime . This guy's name is Chris Profke , a very arrogant and doent know what is politeness. May be he is simply a racist just because we are Asian. But that 15 minutes horrified moment was enough to destroy our long waited holidays as the mood had already been wiped out completely by this man. I would suggest his company to send him to education camp to learn customer servcie skill , especailly in in ter personal skill. In addition , everything inside the cabin are very old and worn out. The worse, the bathroom in the cabin can be access from the lounge room and one of the bedroom and couldn't be locked from both sides . The defect could caused some terrible embarassing moment to all of us and is not acceptable at all . Overall I would not recommend this resort.

FYI, below quoting similar review posted previousely:

It saddens me to write a negative review about a place that we often visit. Our trip was cut short after four days into a seven-day stay due to racist hostilities. Our group experienced instances of water balloons thrown at our campsite. …More 5 months ago on Google Handy and nice location, but that's about all that is going for it - do yourself and your family a favour and head to one of the other parks within 10-15 minutes - Lake Tabourie, Burrill Lake, Kings Point, etc. The main reason for 1 star is the staff are terrible, mainly the reception. They would not do anything to help you, even if you asked nicely, it was a reasonable request, and it would have taken them no effort at all. I needed to get a second car through the boomgate to pack up my tent, gazebo etc, whilst juggling a 1 year old and they steadfastly refused, then lied about the reason why I had to drive 1 car out to get the other in - saying it was for my own good and insurance reasons, rather than just owning their nonsense boomgate policy. Definitely ending our less than enjoyable stay on a sour note, and ensuring we will not return. Nice place but one of the staff members named Chris is a huge tosser, arrogant and rude.

👎 Would look elsewhere if you are planning on staying in ulladulla. Made us feel like criminals for staying awake past 10pm. Intimidated my wife and left the kids in tears. Utterly disgusting behavior from management very...
