C.ex Urunga Golf & Sports Club — Restaurant in Urunga

I took 6 family members on the 27th December 2019 to Urunga Golf & Sports Club for dinner, we placed our orders, paid, sat down, waited 15 minutes, then we were told 3 of our orders were not available, they had sold out even though it was advertised on the Blackboard, I asked if we could have the steak for the same price as the salmon, NO was the answer, so I cancelled all the order, got a refund and went elsewhere, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated, the steak was $1.00 extra, not alot to ask when I was the one inconvenienced, but...

Have been visiting the club for over 30yrs.

The new car park is fabulous but I miss the 9th/18th as the signature hole.

Good range of beers on tap at reasonable prices. The wine list is good though a little pricey.

Nice bistro - the curried sausages were the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. The kiddie thought the calamari and chips was great.

Men’s and women’s toilets have been refurbed. Classy, spacious with top shelf Dyson taps/dryers.

Good display of military memorabilia.

Regrettable only downside is that the squash courts are...

Absolutely beautiful course. Not so great when you constantly have stray golf balls hit your house, car and end up in your yard where kids and dogs are. I understand some of you are terrible at golf and that's not your fault (probably is though ). Please enjoy this beautiful golf course if you can hit straight :)
